VeySur Limited is established in the United Kingdom and not in the European Union. As the Services are offered to users in the EU, we are required under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act) to designate a legal representative in an EU member state, for engagement with Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services on matters within the scope of the Digital Services Act.
