Open the survey in the editor, click the 'Manage publication' icon (the globe), and click 'Unpublish'. Participants who visit the link will see a closed message instead of the survey.

A response counts towards your plan's limit as soon as a participant answers their first question, whether or not they go on to complete the survey. Usage accumulates over your current billing period and resets at the start of the next one. Responses added manually by your team or imported from another tool do not count towards the limit.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the billing section of your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed at the new plan rate. You will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused days remaining in your current billing period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.

Go to Account settings → Billing and click 'Cancel subscription'. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

A VAT number is only valid for claiming the reverse-charge exemption if it is registered in the same country as your billing address. If the two do not match, checkout is blocked until you correct either field.

For UK and EU purchases, VAT liability is based on your billing address country. If the country that issued your card does not match your billing address country, the payment is blocked. Update your billing address to match your card, or use a card issued in the same country.

Yes. Response data is only accessible to the survey owner and authorised team members.

Yes. By default surveys do not collect participant identity. You can optionally require login or collect email addresses if your use case requires it.
